FlickrSkins uses the Flickr API, (application interface) therefore all information which passes through flickr.com which is a part of Yahoo! is subject to the Yahoo! privacy policy. As a user or subscriber, you agree to abide by the terms of their policy as well as herein.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

FlickSkins does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except for the following instances.

GOOGLE ADWORDS ADVERTISING

FlickrSkins displays targeted advertisements through a Google Advertising system. These advertisements work on information presented within the titles of images and descriptions within your pages created by FlickrSkins. PUTTING YOUR IMAGES ON A PAGE

Creating FlickrSkins and PicMixes creates a web page which may be accessed by anyone on the Internet, any personal information or images which you share within those pages are open to anyone using the Internet. Persons who join our "Pro" version are allowed to add a "password" protection for their FlickrSkins and PicMixes; however WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PASSWORD PROTECTION TO BE ABSOLUTELY SECURE. As with any system computer passwords may be compromised and we therefore advise to use it at your own risk.

COOKIES

FlickSkins may create HTTP cookies which it needs to access from time to time in order to work properly. Cookies created by FlickrSkins will only be used in operational purposes.
